Must work as a proven Sr. Account & Finance Officer.
A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
Expert knowledge of accounting system, accounting standards, current tax and VAT laws of Nepal
Excellent communication skills and general management skills particularly in facilitation, team building and coordination
Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development
Good level of intuition and intelligence
Expert in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software including Tally, Swastik etc.
Experience at Distillery / Beverage or manufacturing industry is highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Develop short and long term financial and accounting policies, objectives and plans and oversee the implementation of agreed actions
Responsible for timely audit and relative tax/VAT reporting and submission
Manage and approving cash flow on an ongoing basis to ensure fiscal performance according to budget
Provide ongoing financial data and analytical reports and produces financial reports to Finance Head
Responsible for Budget planning, managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Liaise directly with external auditors, tax authorities and ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission
Coach, Mentor and discipline finance staffs
Review procurement requests and manage them within the budget and time frame
Obtained required approval and submit report on time from government authority i.e. Tax office, Department of Industries, Company Register office
Ensure proper filing system of financial documents and its protection/security
Responsible to monitor and manage employee daily work logs and provides reports to Finance Head
Be proactive in finding more efficient ways of working through use of new tools or procedures
