Job Description

Job Summary: Asst. Facility Manager is responsible to supervise and manage the overall floor operations of the Facility and assist to prepare reports to Facility Manager.
Reports to: Facility Manager / Head of Facilities (Operation) – Head Office
Total Compensation: Negotiable
Reporting to this position: CSA / Projectionist / Duty Officer / Logistic / Account Officer
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Aptitude / Interests:

Professional Pre-requisites:

  • 2 years of experience in hospitality industry in officer level
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Able to prioritize and delegate task
  • Able to handle and manage the shifts
  • Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility (TOR):

  • Assists in coordination and supervision of Facility and fulfills the process and areas of improvement in all departments.
  • Recognizes local marketing possibilities, contributes in improving QFX experience to customers, maintains corporate and client relationships and plans various campaigns and events in coordination with Head Office Marketing department.
  • Analyzes the HR gap in the Facility, identify the training needs, resolves HR grievances of the team and plan and foresee HR development in the Facility in coordination with Facility Manager.
  • Prepares and reviews all kinds of contracts – rental, employees, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs to maintain the standard of the Facility.
  • Prepare and follow up schedules for Repairs and Maintenance of assets and equipment.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
