Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing is preferred. 
  • Experience: Fresher's can apply, but candidates must have knowledge of content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Understanding of video editing concepts (DaVinci Resolve or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong research skills for trend analysis and campaign ideas.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UX and customer experience strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred driving license with vehicle.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Areas:

1. Social Media Research & Trend Analysis

  • Research trending videos, hashtags, and sounds to create engaging content for BigMart’s social media.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to improve content performance.
  • Assist in planning and executing festive, sales, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on new digital marketing tools and trends to enhance strategies. 

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Visit stores for video and photo shoots to capture engaging content.
  • Support in basic video editing and content repurposing for different platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with BigMart’s branding and promotional strategies.

3. Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaboration

  • Shortlist, coordinate, and negotiate with influencers for potential collaborations.
  • Assist in influencer campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Explore partnership opportunities to boost brand awareness. Social Media Management & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor post-performance, engagement metrics, and audience feedback.
  • Optimize content strategy based on performance insights. 

4. Customer Experience & UX Enhancement

  • Assist in identifying website and app UX improvements for a better customer journey.
  • Provide insights to improve navigation, checkout processes, and overall user experience.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with agencies for daily content calendar updates and campaign execution.
  • Assist in preparing reports on digital marketing performance and engagement.
