WorldLink is the largest Internet and Network Service Provider in Nepal and one of the most prominent IT companies. Founded in September 1995 with the aim of providing Internet and IT services by its present Chairman and Managing Director, Dileep Agrawal. WorldLink started off by providing store-and-forward e-mail services over a dial-up link to the Internet in the US. In March 1997, WorldLink started providing full Internet access over a dedicated leased-line to the Internet backbone in the US through Teleglobe International. From September 1999 till June 2008, WorldLink has been connecting to the Internet over a direct satellite uplink through its own VSAT terminal, thereby completely bypassing Nepal Telecommunications Corporation, the local PTT.

WorldLink, the top internet service provider (ISP) in Nepal, is seeking to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to drive its HSE management during a period of rapid growth in urban and rural areas. WorldLink serves households, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and enterprise clients. It is the fastest-growing private ISP in the country and has a presence in 67 districts out of country’s 77 districts. Currently Worldlink has around 300,000 household subscribers spread across the country. The company plans to reach all the local bodies by end of 2023.

Since 2012, WorldLink has rolled out a fibre to the home (FTTH) network, which it intends to expand across Province 3 and 4 towns and rural areas at affordable prices.

  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Work with other departments to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees
