Job Description

  • Filling in Monthly VAT return.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reporting
  • Handling compliances of the company related to VAT, TDS, etc.
  • Maintain proper Book Keeping, stock reports, Income & Expenditure entries.
  • Filing vouchers, good received and various paper-work
  • Accounting software entries.
  • Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
  • Prepare memos, letters and other correspondences as & when required.
  • Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
  • Monthly Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
