Job Description

An assistant accountant who will be responsible for helping out the Accounts In-charge with the entries along with payment collection & account reconciliation with the parties
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain financial records
Issue invoices as needed
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
