                Job Description

                • An assistant accountant who will be responsible for helping out the Accounts In-charge with the entries along with payment collection & account reconciliation with the parties
                • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
                • Create and update expense reports
                • Prepare bank deposits
                • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
                • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
                • Maintain financial records
                • Issue invoices as needed
                • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
