Job Description

Worked on the Switch, Firewall, configuring, troubleshooting, network related problems.
Installation and configuring OS and hardware in the Computers / Server / Printers.
Operation of AIX /Windows / Linux servers on Virtual Machine.
Troubleshooting problems for solving ATM / POS transaction through application.
Provide technical support on handling customer queries and complaints on Email or on-call basis.
Knowledge on the Database and SQL queries.
Knowledge on information security and threats.
Able to work in team for handling pressure and division of works.
Handle issue effectively from across departments (Management, operation, Monitoring, Admin, HR).
Complete task status on time and update to Supervisor.
