Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our Customer Account Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, technical coordination, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Support (Junior Level)

  • Assist with system setups and data migration
  • Communicate with clients during onboarding and migration
  • Coordinate with cooperatives for smooth data transition
  • Follow up with clients and gather feedback
  • Generate and follow up on Proforma invoices

Training Coordination

  • Schedule and support client training sessions
  • Collect training feedback and maintain materials

Customer Onboarding

  • Guide new users through the onboarding process
  • Answer basic queries and track onboarding milestones
  • Coordinate timely client payments through phone calls and follow-ups

Technical Support

  • Learn to resolve user issues
  • Provide support to the implementation manager as needed
