Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Credit Marketing: Analyze potential loan market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with customers to secure future transactions with them.
Identifying Potential Customers: Market the products of the organization to increase loan customers.
Proposal Writing and Report Preparation: Prepare credit appraisal reports by obtaining and finding the real and genuine information of the customers about the credit history of the client.
Deposit Marketing: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the scope of the branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transactions with them.
Customer Service: Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries. Respond to customer queries and provide information on banking products and services.

Educational Qualification: Minimum +2 in Management/Economics from a recognized university.
Job Specifications: Must have excellent communication skills (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level.(Preference will be given to the local candidates)
