Job Description

Utilizing established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML/HTML5/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#
Designing, coding and testing new web & Windows software applications
Enhancing existing systems by upgrading, configuring and debugging.
Analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Maintaining existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
Researching and developing skills in new technologies
Proactively initiating, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with team members
