Job Description

Define sales targets, set financial goals for the area, and execute programs
Monitor sales operations and ensure that sales targets are met
Build a strong relationship with agents in the specified territory
Promote Khalti in the specified area
Dealer and Channel Management
Create a strong agent network in the specified area leading to an increase in transactions and sales
Develop training programs designed to help the sales representatives improve their techniques
Manage sales force within the specified territory

Note: Candidates should be flexible traveling frequently to different parts of the country and also willing to work in an assigned location by the Employer.
