Job Description

We are currently hiring for the role of Area Sales Officer (ASO) to join our dynamic team. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the designated area by effectively promoting and distributing BDC Foods products. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 2 years as an ASO or in a relevant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and tap into new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with consumer trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to accomplish company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide necessary feedback.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, and targets and Present to ASM and Management
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers in coordination with sales representative.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School education with at least 5 year of Work Experience in FMCG including 2 years as ASO or relevant
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Salary + Commission Range: Minimum NPR 40,000
