Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets identifying market opportunities, potential customers, and areas for expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and dealers addressing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies also providing market insights and feedback to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product promotions and launches ensuring effective product merchandising and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market updates, and competitor analysis analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and market data.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing, production, and logistics to achieve common goals.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to sales representatives or field staff, if applicable.
