Job Description

BLC Instant Foods Pvt. Ltd., a growing leader in the baby food and infant nutrition industry is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee operations in the Western Region of Nepal.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales growth and market share in the assigned region by implementing regional sales strategies.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and local distributors.
  • Expand the retail and distribution network, especially in rural and semi-urban areas.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, healthcare professionals, and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control discipline.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the senior sales leadership team.
