Job Description

Sales Management:

  • Identify, study customer’s requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Increase market share in assigned sales territory of Nepal through new lead generation, ensuring sale process.
  • Contribute in creating the environment of ‘Customer First’ & ‘Teamwork’
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

Marketing Implementation:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned sales territory of eastern Nepal

Relationship management:

  • Ensure to resolve queries of existing clients by coordination of the respective team members.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned Sales Area.
  • Must be effective and tight in collection and should ensure timely collection of the debtors within the time frame specified by the company.
  • To procure orders from the assigned market territory.

Intelligence / Competition knowledge:

  • Meet Monthly sales target-Primary as well as secondary of respective distributors.
  • Maintain Statistical analysis of customer activities and provide regular reports on sales, development activities with sales forecast.
  • Development of a Customer Universe File which will include potential along with existing customers data for further sale process.
  • Provide timely report to respective salesperson/manager on opportunities, projects, competition etc.
  • Working with product development teams to manage new product development.

Process Implementation & Adherence:  

  • Ensure effective exchange of information with branch sales/service team.
  • Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Conduct workshop amongst salespersons for the sales process, knowledge on products

NOTE:

  • Should have own two-wheeler with License
  • Should have own Laptop
