Job Description

Arya Pharma is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the business in the assigned area, including achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct market analysis and identify business growth opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in the area.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and ensure excellent customer service.
Organize and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
Train and develop the sales team in the area to ensure their performance meets company standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
