Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned area (dealers and wholesalers).
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Regularly visit markets to monitor product movement, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market share and product visibility in the sanitary pad, diaper, cosmetic, and FMCG sector.
  • Ensure proper stock availability, timely delivery, and efficient order handling through distribution channels.
  • Provide daily sales and performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct training and motivation sessions for the sales team and channel partners to drive performance.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives within the assigned area.
