Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing of cosmetic and personal care products, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to develop and manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Promote Elder Projects products and supervise sales within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Submit timely reports including sales updates, customer feedback, and market insights.
