Job Description

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Western Region (based in Butwal and surrounding areas. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and strengthening brand presence across the Western market. The ASM will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, coordinating with distributors, and ensuring excellent retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned region.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team and local distributors.
  • Expand the retail and distribution network, ensuring good brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned region for supervision and support.
