Job Description

Mohit Group is a leading company in the Pulse and Soya Chunks Industry.  We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are seeking a senior-level Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing distributors through in-person visits and phone communication
  • Identify and make appointments with potential new distributors to expand our customer base
  • Negotiate and finalize sales, pricing, contracts and payment terms with distributors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
  • Actively promote new products and special deals to distributors to increase sales
  • Provide guidance and advice to distributors on delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Record, track, and report on orders and sales trends to the sales office
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and competition to assist in strategic decision making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the background of FMCG
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory

Noted:

  • Two-wheelers and a valid license are a must.
  • Applicants should be residing in the Kathmandu valley.
