Job Description

  • Developing sales program for achieving target
  • Overseeing and conducting market research 
  • Developing and implementing sales strategic and product knowledge
  • Make growth on existing area and penetrate the new area
  • Develop distribution Channel
  • Manage and monitor  sales team 
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding  sales performance
  • Develop creative promotional strategic to attract more customers
  • Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals
  • Route planning for Junior sales team
  • Dealers visit every month making route
