Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, processionals and personal contacts to build referrals.
Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Graduate from a recognized university
having at least 5 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
Candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skill with zeal to progress career in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products
Candidate needs to travel entire country and manage team of Ocular division.
Priority will be given to Science or Pharmacy graduates with at least 1 year of experience as Area Sales Manager or First Line Manager.
