Job Description

  • Developing & Implementing Sales Strategies to increase volume of your given area
  • Be Proactive in identifying sales opportunities & alternatives routes to the market of your area
  • Focus on acquiring new customers (Dealers), developing close relations & providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales & complete documentation at all times from your market (docs of Retailers/S & Dealer) and present to Upper management as and when required
  • Perform credit checks on Dealers (and down the line if necessary) to ensure outstanding balance within limits before accepting an order
  • Must inform & confirm daily customers’ orders with management & provide dispatch update at the end of each day
  • Achieve sales target as communicated by management
  • Must be able to follow up on parameters in a timely manner & recover the amounts due
  • Provide feedback & input from company's target market to help shape marketing strategy
  • Have a strong knowledge of the company's products & communicate this effectively to Dealers to win business & establish trust in product
  • Take responsibility for any customer complaints / issues & resolve them at earliest possible
  • Take responsibility of down the line for every day to day activities, their grievances and communicate the same to Head HR & SH (if required)
  • Help Regional Sales Manager, in training your below line, as and when needed by HRD
  • Following up the sales targets of your team as a whole (Daily, Weekly, Monthly , Quarterly, Yearly)
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your Dealer Base
