Job Description

  • Overall management of Sales & Marketing
  • Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired business targets
  • New Market Development: Identifying potential areas /vertical segments for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets
  • Customer Portfolio Development & sustainable customer retention strategy
  • Leading, nurturing & developing team for exceptional performance.
  • Target Setting, Forecasting & Performance Reviews of the sales team
  • Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competition activities on trade channel related matters and proactively devise strategy to counter & mitigate adversity
  • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels
  • Effectively decreasing the Average Credit Days of the dealers.
  • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers, distributors and retailers, resulting in deeper market penetration, wider market coverage and improved market share
