Job Description

Find the causes of various problems regarding customers pattern and behavior
Enhance distributor/retailer relationships and performance
Act as a successful changing agent to substitute red clay bricks with AAC block - a new product in Nepali market
Achieve the sales targets by implementing the marketing plan and managing the sales team, ensure optimum customer service and plan for new product lines
Coordinating with the Corporate office and Production team
Marketing activities for Brand awareness and Promotion
Meet with Builders / Contractors to generate the sales
Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Company’s CRM or other sales management system
