Job Description

Arya Pharma is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the business in the assigned area, including achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in the area.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Train and develop the sales team in the area to ensure their performance meets company standards.
