Job Description

A. Formulation and achievement of regional sales targets

  • Determine the work according to the development needs of the company and the department
  • Determine the monthly sales target and placement target, decompose the target to TM , and make a good work plan to reach a consensus with the business personnel
  • Follow up in real-time Each sales target achievement  progress, discuss improvement plans according to target gap and supervise execution
  • Determine required resources according to monthly targets and match them in place
  • Achieve regional overall goals

B. Channel construction

  • Develop channel planning and channel indicators, channel standards establishment and implement; 
  • Timely attention to market competition in the region and timely feedback
  • Counseling and promotion in weak areas
  • Assist in core customer communication and negotiation Favorable resources (such as the main push policy, image location, promotional resources, etc.)
  • Regional terminal brand image construction, optimization and maintenance, the promotion and implementation of various sales policies
  • The creation and summary of the benchmarking area, copying

C. Customer Management

  • According to the requirements of the company's management standards, visit the store regularly to establish and maintain a good customer relationship
  • communicate and negotiate with the core customers, and strive for favorable resources (such as the main push policy, image location, promotional resources, etc.)
  • coordinate the customer's resources and do necessary survey
  • Coordinating the relationship between customers and RT

D. Cultivation of channel management talents

  • Make a TM yearly  development plan, Training plan and performance Improvement plan etc
  • Develop and communicate the TM monthly performance target of the sales department, follow up and coach the TM monthly performance completion;
  • Provide TM resource support to ensure team performance is achieved;
  • Inspire the TM team.

E. Cultural propaganda, process system management

  • Promote and promote sales policies, business systems, and processes
  • Train and promote corporate culture, and train corporate culture once a quarter
