Job Description

Our Growing Firm is seeking a creative , agile and collaborative Architect/ Designer to join our team.

Designing and Drafting of New Residential/ Commercial buildings or Building for Renovations.
Preparation of 2D and 3D (Drawings and Model).
Detail designs of the building.
Good knowledge of Doors, Windows and Cornice Designs and for 2D and 3D Designs.
Preparing Working Drawings of Architecture for the sites.
Good and sound knowledge of Recent and updated By-Laws of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.
Able to co-ordinate with Senior Architect, Civil Engineers, Site Supervisors, Structural Engineers and Site Engineers for the Architectural looks of a building.
Planning of Architectural Designs.
Good Visualization of concepts of required plans.
Good skills in Architectural Software ; ACAD, Lumen, Sketchup, Vray etc.
Basic Microsoft skills ( Excel and PowerPoint).
Able to Design Modern, Classic, Neoclassic Designs, Typical Nepali Architectures, Temples etc.
Good Knowledge of Landscaping.
Able to Draw Plumbing and Electrical Drawings of a residential Drawings.
Ability To learn Fast with enthusiasm.
Loyal and Punctual in Works.
Able to take the pain for works during time pressure.
Good knowledge of Triology of Engineering ( Time, Quality and Economy)
Ability to Work in designs as per requirements.
