Our IT company situated in KTM is seeking an engineer or architect who is proficient in Revit by Autodesk. The candidate should have real-world experience in using Revit, from concept to construction. The job opportunity is unique, as you will be working closely with an American firm led by a very well-reputed American entrepreneur with more than one billion in real estate assets. The firm has offices in the USA, Thailand, and our IT office in Nepal.

This position requires working a 9am to 7pm shift, using Revit to perform architectural take-offs, with regular communications and deadlines being set by the Thailand office. Potential travel to the USA and Thailand is possible after years of proven performance and loyalty at the Nepal office.

To be clear, this is not a "manpower opportunity." This is a full-time employment opportunity to work closely with our existing business partner and their long-term American clients. The job offers a salary of anywhere between 50k to 70k Nepali rupees monthly, plus incentives.

Second-round interviews with the Harvard architect will follow, and then the top candidate will be selected. The position is available immediately.
