Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, competent, and hardworking Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, interior and civil works, and on-site supervision of building and metal structure projects. This role requires close coordination with project teams and frequent site visits to ensure quality execution and compliance with design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for interior and civil works.
Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and material usage.
Assist in design modifications and resolve site-related design issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
Conduct regular site visits and prepare site progress reports.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
Practical knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
Strong design and technical skills.
Ability to manage site work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel frequently for site supervision.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is compulsory.
