Job Description

Archiplan-SBT Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for Architects to work in Large-scale Landmark Projects - 5 Star and Boutique Hotels, Mixed-Use Projects, Apartment, etc.

Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development with the team.
Consult with consultants and coordinate with clients.
Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Work with a team to produce construction drawings.

Other Specification

2-5 years (or more) work experience.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
