Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Conceptual Design

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop innovative and functional conceptual designs that align with client expectations.
• Present design proposals and revisions for client approval.
• Incorporate sustainable and aesthetic elements into the design process.

2. Design Development & Documentation

• Translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Utilize design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create technical plans.
• Prepare project documentation, including specifications and construction details.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Communicate design requirements and changes to the project team effectively.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and resolve any on-site design issues.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure adherence to the design vision.

4. Project Management

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs to avoid overruns.
• Address any challenges or delays promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the final construction meets quality standards and aligns with the original design intent.
