Job Description

Technical Drawing Creation: Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD Software. Generate floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, renderings and other constructions documents to communicate design intent effectively.
Change Order Management: Develop change order drawings and document changes accurately. Create costing sheets and cost comparison sheets with reference to the Bill of Quantities(BOQ) to track project variation and cost implications
As-Built Drawing Development: Produce as-built drawings to document changes made during construction and ensure alignment with final project specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings as necessary.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of drawings to ensure they align with project specification, municipality drawings, and industry standards . Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in drawing to maintain quality and integrity.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specification , and correspondence. Ensure all drawings are properly labeled, documented and archived for future reference.
Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, and technologies in drafting and architecture. Continuously improve skills and knowledge and CAD software and utilize new features to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Measurement Verification and Construction Monitoring: Verify bills and measurement to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Monitor construction quality and processes to ensure adherence to design specifications, and standards.
Rendering and 3D Modelling: Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders
