Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design Development:

Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Creating architectural designs and blueprints that align with client goals, budget, and local building codes.
Presenting design concepts and modifications to clients for approval.

Project Management:

Overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion.
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and construction teams.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Technical Expertise:

Producing detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
Selecting appropriate construction materials and methods.

Quality Assurance:

Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent.
Resolving design and construction-related issues as they arise.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
Presenting design proposals and progress reports to clients and regulatory authorities.

Innovation and Sustainability:

Exploring innovative design solutions and sustainable building practices.
Staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

Client Relations:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional design and service.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Licensure to practice architecture in the relevant region of Nepal.

Experience:

3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in using architectural software and design tools.
Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints.

Design Abilities:

Strong creative and innovative design skills.
Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Familiarity with various architectural styles and trends.

Communication Skills:
