International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotel Pvt. Ltd., an associate of the owning companies of Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu and Marriott Kathmandu Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated & enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu to set up an international standard trendy design hotel managed by Marriott International. The candidates will be involved in the project during construction phase of the Moxy Hotel. The prospective candidates must meet following criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors in Architecture with 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction.
• Must be able to effectively coordinate designs between international consultants and site team.
• Must be able to supervise and monitor site work to ensure conformity to design.
• Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Excellent received, spoken and written English is necessary.
• Will be required to regularly visit site premises for assessment and reporting to supervisors.
• Design Coordination between the consultants, interior designer and vendors.
• Execution and monitoring of designs on site.
• Reviewing BOQ's.
