We are looking for a proactive Architect to take charge of all the consultancy’s projects operations and support/participate in the completion procedures. 

Job Description 

• Conceptualize design and transfer design into drawing
• Co-ordinate and verify work with the project leader
  
• Need to check quality of giving attention to details and functions both
• Should be visually and intellectually aware about contemporary demand and need of vernacular approaches in planning
• Need to solve problem with good analytical mind
• Need to work on urban/ city planning and development and preferably keen in urban planning related works
• Need to work independently with flexible timing

Academic Qualification & Skills:

• Should have completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• At least 3 years working experience in similar field
• Candidate having knowledge and working experience on Geographical Information System GIS are highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent drawing skills of all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, 3D Rendering using Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-ray, LUMION, Photoshop and Video Editing Software for rendering and presentation
  
• Should be visually and intellectually aware about contemporary demand and need of vernacular approaches in planning
• Having proven experience of development of master plan articulated in details
• Good knowledge of Nepal National Building Code NBC, Planning and Building By laws and other codes and compliances
• Should have knowledge on urban/ city planning and development and preferably keen in urban planning related works
• Working knowledge with Tourism Development Master Plan, Integrated Urban Development Plan and Land pooling is highly
