  • Work with engineers, assisting with various projects.
  • Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs.
  • Proficient in Autocad, sketchup, BIM (Revit, Civil 3d).
  • Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
  • Compiling required paperwork and documents for projects.
  • Coordinate details of architectural projects.
  • Make detailed construction drawings using architectural software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications.
  • Modify and update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in design or construction plans.
  • Create visual aids to help clients understand construction plans.
  • Ensure all drawings meet industry / construction standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files of all drawings and design plans.
