Summary of Job Purpose:  

This position will be responsible for working in close coordination with Helen Keller International/ARCH and Family Welfare Division, Nutrition Section to finalize BMS Act Monitoring Training Manual.

Educational qualifications and experiences: 

  • Master’s degree in law or relevant field from recognized college/university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in law drafting, manuals and guidelines drafting for Government of Nepal
  • knowledge of legal provisions and procedure for market monitoring, market management is essential 
  • Experience in facilitating the workshop; strong coordination skills with the ministries and concerned stakeholders is desired.
