Job Description

The Candidate shall be responsible for overall support, deployment and training activities. Should have good communication skills and knowledge of application support, databases and computer networks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Day to Day Support Activities
  • Should response support tickets be based on tasks carried out
  • Report to the Technical Manager on a daily basis on the task achieved
  • Communicate with customers and have meetings with them to understand their problem
  • Deployment of Software System, Update of Patches and Perform Training to the customer on the usage of the software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Good Knowledge of PostgreSQL, and MySQL Database
  • Basic Training on Software Development Platforms especially on Java would be an additional advantage
