Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Candidate shall be responsible for overall support, deployment and training activities. Should have good communication skills and knowledge of application support, databases and computer networks.

Responsibilities

Perform Day to Day Support Activities
Should response support tickets be based on tasks carried out
Report to the Technical Manager on a daily basis on the task achieved
Communicate with customers and have meetings with them to understand their problem
Deployment of Software System, Update of Patches and Perform Training to the customer on the usage of the software

Qualifications

Bachelor with minimum 1 year of experience
Good Knowledge of PostgreSQL, and MySQL Database
Basic Training on Software Development Platforms especially on Java would be an additional advantage
