Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Application Manager (USA, UK, and Australia) to join our team at Murphy Education. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality application services to our clients who are seeking to migrate or study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire application process for clients
Collaborate with other team members to gather necessary documents and information
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates
Ensure all applications are submitted within deadlines and meet immigration or education requirements
Keep up-to-date with the latest immigration and education policies and regulations
Maintain a database of all applications and regularly update its status
Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Liaise with other relevant agencies and authorities as necessary

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and educational institutions.
Minimum qualification: +2 pass out.
Confidence, hardworking attitude, professionalism, and passion for the immigration and education industry.
Proficiency in English and a working knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
Familiarity with immigration and education processes required.
