Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Diagnose and troubleshoot Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.
Perform precise hardware repairs such as screen, battery, logic board, and component replacements, ensuring compliance with Apple’s technical standards.
Deliver repairs within the given time.
Accurately record and update service details, diagnostic reports, and repair history in Apple’s service management system.
Offer clear technical guidance to customers on device features, preventive care, and optimal usage practices.
Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage spare parts, tools, and escalate complex technical cases when required.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma or bachelor's degree/training.
1–2 years of proven experience as a technician in an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or similar environment.
Apple certification preferred or willingness to get certified.
Strong knowledge of Apple hardware, macOS, and iOS troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using diagnostic software and repair tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
