Job Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.
  • Perform precise hardware repairs such as screen, battery, logic board, and component replacements, ensuring compliance with Apple’s technical standards.
  • Deliver repairs within the given time.
  • Accurately record and update service details, diagnostic reports, and repair history in Apple’s service management system.
  • Offer clear technical guidance to customers on device features, preventive care, and optimal usage practices.
  • Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage spare parts, tools, and escalate complex technical cases when required.
