Job Description

  • Diagnose and repair Apple products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.
  • Perform hardware replacements, software updates, and data recovery.
  • Use Apple GSX and diagnostic tools for accurate assessments.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in accordance with Apple standards.
  • Maintain service records and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and care.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, spare parts, and escalated issues.
