Position: App Experience Assistant Specialist
Department: Digital Channels and Experience
Section: Digital Experience, Back Office and Projects

Main Duties and Responsibilities

App Development & Support

  • Develop and implement new app features with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to plan, test, and release updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for app-related initiatives across departments.

User Interface & Experience

  • Design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern design tools.
  • Ensure a smooth and logical user journey across the app.
  • Continuously refine UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics.

Quality & Stability

  • Partner with QA teams to rigorously test features before release.
  • Monitor app performance and proactively resolve bugs or issues.
  • Ensure cross-platform stability and responsiveness.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Gather requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical and design solutions.
  • Support full-scale development efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or computer science
  • Preference will be given for relevant experience

Profile

  • Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or cross-platform frameworks).
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and proficiency in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and integrate APIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in agile product squads or digital tribes.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel) to track user behavior.
  • Prior experience in telecom or customer-facing digital products.

Duty Station: Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
