Roles and responsibilities of this job

Pacific Multispecialty Clinic is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled healthcare professionals to join our clinical team as ANM / HA. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our multispecialty and IVF services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures
Record patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in OPD, procedure rooms, and operation theatre as required
Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
Maintain infection prevention, hygiene, and clinical safety standards
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure quality patient care
Support the daily clinical operations of both the IVF center and multispecialty clinic
Perform other nursing and patient care duties as assigned

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

ANM or HA certificate from a recognized institution
Registered with the relevant professional council
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
Candidates with experience in hospitals, clinics, IVF centers, gynecology, OPD, OT, or patient care services will be given high priority
Good communication and patient handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional conduct

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in hospital or clinic settings
Knowledge of patient care, medical documentation, and clinical procedures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle patients with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
