  • Manage hiring process including interviews and selection
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain updated employee files and records
  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws
  • Handle contracts, renewals, and termination procedures
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline
  • Assist in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance
