Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Counseling and briefing the customers about our services on the phone
Help and coordinate with the marketing team
Complete the given telemarketing target on monthly basis
Handling multiple telephone lines in timely and pleasant manner
Candidate should have solid English language communication skills

Note: Prior experience in a cell center will be highly preferred

Note: NIGHT SHIFT (since we are an American organisation, we work during the american hours, that happens to be night hours in Nepal)
