Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Marketing executives of respective unit to achieve the organizational goal on visibility of different lead brands
  • Competition mapping of visibility, share, and new product launches
  • Plan & Manage marketing budgets within the approved parameters to assist in delivery of company's targets.
  • Visibility & trade Promotion in stipulated allocation and criteria.    
  • Keep a track on head / subheads wise spend v/s budgets ASM tty or city.
  • Provide Support to the unit sales teams through coordination with suppliers for timely on field execution of all signage drives related to either visibility or promotion in the market place. 
  • Develop quality signage vendors across all key locations/cities in the unit and ensure adherence of standards by vendors via back- checks.
  • Market work withs, training & development of Frontline Sales Force/ Marketing Executive for better execution. 
  • Close cross functional coordination with ASMs, HoS, unit commercial team, and central marketing team to drive various initiatives
  • Update the performance of the initiatives to the unit leadership as well as central marketing team on regular basis.
  • Monthly FMO Tracking and Achievement for targets
  • Handling visibility initiatives in TT and well as OT
  • Reporting to the HoS with dotted reporting to Cluster Head Marketing based out of India
