  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field    is a plus.
  • Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing systems. Knowledge of GDS is preferable
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards is a plus.

Job Description

  • Handle inquiries and reservations from customers via various communication channels, including phone,   email, and WhatsApp/Viber
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, pricing, and booking options.
  • Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and date changes efficiently and accurately.
  • Make cold or warm calls to potential customers to drive sales
  • Make follow-ups religiously to focus in sales conversion
