Job Description

Mount Royal Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Air Ticketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the travel industry, particularly in air ticketing, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ticketing process, including customer service, bookings, and coordination with airlines.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle flight reservations, cancellations, and rebookings for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient ticketing process.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding flight options, itineraries, and fare rules.
  • Manage group bookings and corporate travel accounts, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations, ensuring compliance in all ticketing activities.
  • Prepare and issue tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Monitor and manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records) to ensure timely issuance and adjustments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses.
  • Assist in the resolution of any travel-related issues, including delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide detailed reports to management.
  • Train and mentor junior ticketing staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
